This is a new service from The Property Week Ltd – publishers of www.propertyweek.ie and www.developer.ie – asummary-infoor their recruitment agencies to add to their advertising of property positions (for estate agents, valuers, surveyors, managers, executives, sales staff, support staff etc.) by reaching the 1000s of users of Property Week’s services and the property trade generally.

Terms
Introduction
By submitting an advertisement to the PropertyWeek web site, you are deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions laid out here. These terms and conditions and the contract of which they form part shall be governed by Irish law. All references to “the customer” refer to the user applying to place an advertisement for a property on the PropertyWeek web site. All references to “the web site” refers to the PropertyWeek.ie internet site and its related sites. All references to “us” refers to The Property Week Ltd.

Advertisement Contents
Only one property may be featured in each advertisement. PropertyWeek reserves the right to decline to publish the whole or part of any advertisement. The advertisement copy you supply must be legal, decent, honest and truthful and must not in the sole opinion of PropertyWeek bring our business into dispute or conflict. PropertyWeek may amend the advertisement to ensure compliance with these requirements. PropertyWeek is not able to verify the truthfulness of any statements (including the authenticity of photographs) made by a customer in the advertisement copy. Accordingly, the customer shall be responsible for any losses, expenses or other costs incurred by PropertyWeek caused by an untrue statement or inaccurate photograph supplied by the customer.

Changing or Removing your Advert
To change or remove your advert from the website contact paul@propertyweek.ie.

Liability
PropertyWeek needs to carry out routine maintenance and service of its servers and equipment. While PropertyWeek seeks to keep disruption to a minimum, it does not guarantee that the advertisement will be continuously available on-line for the duration of the advert. Where an advertisement does not appear on the web site despite the user receiving confirmation, the customer will be entitled a refund of the advert price, unless the omission, cancellation or mismatch was caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond the reasonable control of PropertyWeek or breach of contract by the customer. PropertyWeek reserves the right to remove any advertisement at any time, at our sole discretion. PropertyWeek’s liability for breach of contract or negligence shall not exceed an amount equal to the price of the advert or series of adverts involved. Irish law shall govern the terms and conditions of this contract of which they form a part.

Privacy Policy
All details supplied to PropertyWeek with your on-line advertisement will be safeguarded both by our privacy policy and also by the Data Protection Act.
