Based in the O’Connor Shannon Rathmines office, the successful candidates will form part of a small professional team offering a quality asset valuation, lease, acquisition and disposal service within the general residential and commercial property markets. The team will in addition have responsibility for providing specialist professional advice within an established niche market.
Candidates are required to:
- be self motivated
- be results orientated
- have a keen desire to succeed in a highly competitive marketplace
- own a car, hold a clean driving licence and have a thorough knowledge of the Dublin city geographical area
- possess a minimum of three years experience (senior position)
Responsibilities shall include the delivery of a high level of client care as well as a brief to expand our client base in the broader residential and commercial market.An attractive remuneration package, commensurate with qualifications and experience – including a basic salary, commission, car and phone allowance, will be available to the successful applicants.
