Anne-Marie Sheehan and Brian Donohoe appointed as Divisional Directors
Lisney are delighted to announce the appointment of Anne-Marie Sheehan and Brian Donohoe as Divisional Directors in their respective Divisions – Investments and Commercial Agency. Both are Chartered Surveyors with several years experience with Lisney.Anne-Marie Sheehan has developed extensive skills in portfolio valuations and investment sales/acquisitions. Anne-Marie will now be taking on an increased workload in this new position.
Brian Donohoe will be moving from Industrial to Development Services (working with Alan Taylor’s team) and will become involved on all new schemes under consideration by Lisney involving retail content, particularly those with significant planning and lead in time.
Managing Director, Peter Stapleton, commented that these appointments underpin the company’s wish to continually promote personnel as the business expands and develops.

Duncan Lyster Appointed to the Lisney Board
Lisney is delighted to announce that Duncan Lyster has been appointed to the Board of Directors. Duncan will continue to work alongside Ann Hargaden in the Investment department, with a primary focus on overseas markets.
Duncan joined the firm’s Investment team in 2004 and has been a driving force behind Lisney’s strong performance and increased profile in overseas markets. Duncan has worked on numerous large-scale investment transactions in the UK and Europe. These have included the acquisition of Woolgate Exchange on behalf of D2 Private (€470m) and One Lothbury on behalf of Goodbody Stockbrokers (€170m). He previously worked with CB Richard Ellis in London.

Susan, joined Douglas Newman Good over 10 years ago and is widely regarded as a specialist with an in depth knowledge of all aspects of residential property sales. Whilst managing the Lucan and Leixlip offices of the agency Susan also assumes overall responsibility for overseeing the company’s operations in west Dublin and Kildare.
